Pricing & Payments Policy

This Pricing & Payments Policy applies to AI Hot Lead Analyzer, a product by SiteEncoders (VirtuStratum Technology Solutions LLP). By making a payment, you agree to the terms below.

1. Plans & Pricing

Free Plan: Analyze up to 2 DMs without payment. Limited to one account/device.
Premium Plan: Launch Offer ₹2,999 (valid for 300 DMs or 1 year, whichever comes first). Regular pricing: ₹7,000.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

2. Payment Methods

Payments are securely processed via Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd.We support UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. We do not store or process your card/bank details on our servers.

3. Digital Delivery

AI Hot Lead Analyzer is a digital SaaS product. Once payment is successful:

Your account is activated immediately.
DM analysis credits (if applicable) are added instantly.
You gain access to premium dashboard features.

As delivery is digital and instant, there is no physical shipment.

4. No Refunds After Activation

Since you receive instant access after payment, all successful transactions are non-refundable. Refunds are allowed only in the following scenarios:

Duplicate payments for the same account.
Payment succeeded but dashboard access not activated within 24 hours.

Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of payment. For details, refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Expiry of DM Credits

Premium plan credits (e.g. 300 DMs) are valid for 1 year from purchase. Unused credits will automatically expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be carried forward, extended, or refunded.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Since digital access is provisioned instantly, all chargebacks for “service not delivered”will be contested with Razorpay and relevant payment providers using:

Server logs proving access activation.
DM credit provisioning records.
Download history of reports, if applicable.

Any fraudulent disputes may result in immediate account suspension and legal action under Indian law.

7. Invoicing & Taxes

Invoices are automatically emailed upon payment confirmation via Razorpay. GST may apply depending on your region and will be displayed before payment.
