1) Nature of Service

AI Hot Lead Analyzer is a digital SaaS product. No physical goods are shipped. Access is delivered online via the dashboard.

2) Delivery Method

• Instant digital delivery: After successful payment, account access is provisioned automatically.
• Activation route: You will be redirected to a short onboarding form; upon submission, access is unlocked.
• Confirmation: A confirmation screen and/or email will indicate successful activation.

3) Delivery Timeline

Delivery is instant in most cases. In rare cases (manual verification, payment review), activation may take up to 24 hours.

4) What Constitutes Delivery

• Dashboard access is enabled for your registered email.
• Purchased DM credits (e.g., 300 DMs / 1 year) are added to your account.

5) If You Don’t Receive Access

If payment is successful but access isn’t provisioned within 24 hours, contact support with your payment ID. We will prioritize activation or process a refund per our policies.

6) Service Availability & Maintenance

• Service operates 24×7 with occasional scheduled maintenance.
• Planned maintenance will be announced in advance whenever possible.

7) Geographic Availability

The product is available in India and internationally (subject to payment provider/OFAC restrictions).
