Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to AI Hot Lead Analyzer, a product by SiteEncoders (VirtuStratum Technology Solutions LLP). By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Product: No Physical Shipping

AI Hot Lead Analyzer is a digital SaaS product. Once you complete your payment, your account is automatically provisioned and you receive immediate dashboard access. As a result, no physical items are shipped, and delivery is considered complete once access is granted.

2. Non-Refundable Payments

Since we provide instant digital access, all payments are final and non-refundable once your account has been activated or your purchased DM quota has been credited.

Refund requests based on reasons such as “I changed my mind”, “I no longer need the product”, or “I didn’t use my DM credits” will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Valid Refund Scenarios

Refunds are only processed in the following limited situations:

  • Duplicate Payments: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same transaction.
  • Provisioning Failure: If payment is successful but dashboard access is not activated within 24 hours.

All valid refund requests must be submitted to us within 48 hours of the transaction date.

4. No Refund for Usage

If you have accessed the dashboard, used any features, analyzed any DMs, or downloaded any reports, your purchase is considered consumed, and no refund will be processed, even if you have unused DM credits remaining.

5. Cancellations

Since this is a one-time digital purchase, there is no subscription to cancel. Once purchased, your plan remains active for the duration mentioned during checkout. You may choose not to renew after your current plan expires.

6. Disputes & False Claims

Any disputes raised via banks, Razorpay, or other payment providers claiming “service not delivered” will be rejected if:

  • Dashboard access has already been provisioned.
  • DM credits have been added to your account.
  • Any part of the service has been used.

We maintain detailed server logs and Razorpay payment confirmations to defend against fraudulent refund claims.

7. How to Request a Valid Refund

8. Contact & Grievance Redressal

For any disputes or grievances, please contact our support team at the email provided above. We aim to resolve all concerns internally through our support and grievance channels. All claims, if any, will be addressed strictly as per our documented policies, Razorpay transaction records, and provisioning logs.
