This Privacy Policy applies to AI Hot Lead Analyzer (“Service”), a product by SiteEncoders (VirtuStratum Technology Solutions LLP) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Account & Contact: name, email, phone (when provided or verified via OTP).
Payment Metadata: from Razorpay (payer email/phone masked, payment IDs, status, timestamps). We do not store card/bank credentials.
Usage Data: analysis counts, timestamps, device ID (for free-trial limits), IP/country (approx), feature events, error logs.
Message Content: DMs or CSV rows you paste/upload for analysis. By default, this content is processed transiently to return results; we do not persist raw content longer than necessary to provide the result unless you explicitly save or export it (e.g., PDF reports).
Cookies & Local Storage: session tokens, device identifiers, preferences, and analytics cookies as described below.

2. How We Use Information

Provide and improve the Service and its AI analyses.
Enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and maintain security.
Process payments, invoicing, and customer support.
Generate aggregate, anonymized insights to improve quality.
Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

3. Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell personal data. We share limited data with service providers who process it on our behalf under contractual safeguards:

Payments: Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. (payment processing, receipts, refunds).
Hosting & Auth: Google Cloud/Firebase (hosting, functions, authentication, database, logs).
AI Inference: All message analysis and scoring are performed on our own servers and models hosted on our infrastructure (e.g., Firebase/Google Cloud). We do not send your message content to third-party AI providers for inference.
Analytics: Google Analytics (traffic/usage patterns; see Cookies section).

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, users, or the public, or in connection with a merger/acquisition.

4. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and local storage for session management, device-based free-trial limits, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies via your browser settings; essential cookies are required for the Service to function.

5. Data Retention

Entitlements & billing records: retained as long as needed for accounting, taxation, and legal compliance (often up to 8 years).
Message content: processed transiently to return results; not stored beyond what is necessary unless you explicitly save (e.g., reports/history), in which case you can delete them at any time.
Logs & security data: typically retained for 90–180 days for troubleshooting and abuse prevention.

6. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and limiting access to your account.

7. International Data Transfers

Data may be processed in India and other regions where our providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers subject to applicable safeguards.

8. Your Choices & Rights

Access/Update: You may request access to or correction of your account data.
Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data (subject to legal holds/records we must retain).
Opt-out of marketing: If we send any marketing emails (rare), you can opt out at any time.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us to delete it.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated Policy.
